  6. Accuracy statement: Confirmation, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed and you believe it’s not infringing or you have rights to it, submit a counter-notice with the following:

  1. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature (include your full legal name).
  2. Content identification: Details of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. Good faith statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Contact information: Your name, address, phone number, and email. Include a statement accepting service of process from the original complainant.

We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and inform them that the content may be restored in 10–14 business days unless they file legal action.

  • Filing a counter-notice may lead to legal proceedings to determine ownership.
  • False or bad faith claims can result in legal consequences.
